thertastore.com: Welcome to TheRTAStore.com! Allow us to introduce ourselves and tell you what we're all about. TheRTAStore.com was founded in 2009 in Hopewell Junction, NY. We are a family owned and operated business that has built our company off of trust, value and hard work. We love what we do and like to think we are the best at it. We believe we are different from other businesses because we truly try to get to know each of our customers and their needs. Our normal business hours are Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm (Eastern Time), however we will often be available after hours, on weekends, and even on holidays through email. We understand how important it is to know that if you have a question or problem, there is someone who is available to help you. If it's 10pm on Saturday night, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve, email any question you have to customerservice@thertastore.com and we will do our best to get the answer for you at that time. Above all, constant communication is on the top of our list; even if we don't have the answer right away, we will still let you know that we're working on it and when you can expect an answer.
