I placed two orders with Blair.com in late November and early December and neither order arrived in time for Christmas, despite the repeated promises that they were "in shipping." I was charged for items

not received and now when you call their customer service number, you get a recording saying they are experiencing a high call volume and cannot handle your call at this time. The number is 1800-821-5744. Additionally, I have sent three e-mails and received NO RESPONSE despite the fact that they have my money and I have no product. I don�t know if they are going out of business or have outsourced and have no remaining customer service - but I issue this warning. STAY CLEAR OF BLAIR.COM! They are a true internet nightmare! It is sad too...I used them several years ago and they were not like this. Just goes to show you - nothing good ever stays the same!
