George Stone Crab: In 2008, Roger Duarte left the high-paced, high-pressure world of investment banking to open his own business. He had a great idea and invested the time and money to test it. Roger bought some stone crabs at wholesale, made a flyer and sold claws to his neighbors on Key Biscayne, Florida.
