Ordered 6 costumes from this company and received only 1. When I tried to contact customer support, they replied that they were still working on the remaining 5 costumes and that they would ship them next week. The week came and went... no costume. I tried contacting the company again for an update but now they won't even respond. Their online chat is ridiculous. When I asked for an update on my order, they replied "I need time to check it out" without even asking me for an order # or my name. I asked them if they wanted an order # and they wouldn't even reply. I waited over an hour before I gave up and tried their "Contact Us" form. Guess what? No response there either. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this company.
