They were hired to pick up my wrecked Jeep from IAA. The company they hired to pick up my Jeep did not secure the hood properly and caused almost $1700 in damage in transport. The transport company they hired refused to pay their deductible to me as stated by their insurance company so out of the almost $1700 I only received almost $700 and am out $1000 thanks to Haulmatch. They state that is not their responsibility, even though I hired them not the transporter themselves. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
