I purchased a costume from their site and the only reason it gets a 1/5 is because of how fast it arrived. The costume I ordered looked great in the pictures on the website, but what I received was a cheap knockoff that barely even resembled what I ordered. It was impossible to see out of the head or even get it to stay on your head. Avoid them unless you want to roll the dice and get something that feels like it wasn't even designed for a human to wear. Customer service gave me the run-a-round and I'm still fighting to get a refund.
