I used this service last year and within 14 days saw my rank drop form page 1 to page 7 and beyond. They claim they follow Google best practices and unfortunately what I have discovered in the 6 months I have been trying to recover is that they posted my links to link farms and toxic sites. When I asked them to remove these links to try to repair the damage, the took 3 months and then simply sent a disavow file through GWM which also confirms they do not know what Google's policies are. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
