Founded by 12-year Ralph Lauren vet Peter Georgiou, whose passion for history inspired the name. In the 1930’s in Britain, young men at Oxford and Cambridge switched from wearing three-piece suits to gray flannel trousers, commonly known as Grayers. And the casual menswear movement was born. Grayers were the must-have from British society to American prep schools. Peter had it in his mind to create a brand that would redefine and modernize the classics.
