There are dozens of sites that are way better than this!!! We are finally moving off of this software. The customer support was poor and dealing with them only through email was frustrating. The navigation is terrible and you will constantly find yourself using the back button. The user interface is outdated. If you make a mistake by adding a participation award (those are basically extra-credit type badges) on 30 kids, there is absolutely no method to remove it. Please do not waste your time with this software - you'll regret it.
