When I received my last order from Breck's a"Free Shipping" code was included, guaranteeing "Free Shipping on any purchase you make through Brecks.com. There is no minimum or maximum order-your entire purchase will be shipped to you at no charge." Not stated anywhere in the letter was the fact that the free shipping code could only be used if the buyer did not take advantage of any other "free" offers, such as their common "$100 off any order of $200, $50 off any order of $100...." as only one code number can be entered at checkout. When I called Customer Service to attempt to place a telephone order I was told I would have to choose either Free Shipping or the 50% off sale and was offered an apology for the "unclear wording" in the letter. Actually the wording was quite clear, however Breck's seems to choose not to abide by it.
