I bought a tea jar for $69.54 (includes $19 for 7 day shipping) a month ago and they flat out refuse to either deliver my product or return my money. "Chris" kept telling me it was in route, then "Lucie" chimed in and said it would be sent "in a few days" and would I still like it -- AFTER I demanded my money back for fraud once I realized they never even sent it. I emailed Alan Lam, managing Director at urbanzen@goodorient.com and was assured I would get my money back, but I never got it.
